Frequently Asked Questions

What is your shipping policy?

We ship across India with free standard shipping. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer for certain PIN codes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so you can track your shipment.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and refunds are available for manufacturing defects or incorrect products delivered. Size exchanges are also available, subject to our policy conditions.

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer size exchanges only. The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and have its original packaging and applicable tags intact.

The customer is responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs for size exchanges.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the issue.

For approved manufacturing-defect or wrong-product claims, Wearblnks will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed through UPI and are generally completed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and the refund has been approved.

Where applicable, you may also choose store credit instead of a refund.
